Crosslisting and inventory for resellers
Resellers list the same item on several marketplaces, then scramble to take it down everywhere else when it sells. Restoq lets them write one draft, publish it to eBay and Depop, and have the other listing ended automatically on the server when the item sells, even if their computer is off. It also tracks profit per item after fees, shipping and cost.
The other side is for distributors and liquidators. They sell lots to their buyers from their own Restoq storefront, with a flat subscription and no commission. When a reseller buys a lot, its items land in their inventory with the cost already split per item.

Compliance software for general contractors
Contractors have to collect insurance certificates and licenses from every subcontractor and keep track of when they expire. Most of that happens in email and spreadsheets.
SiteReady uses an LLM to pull the details out of those documents automatically, so checking coverage takes almost no manual review. I'm building a dashboard for contractors, a portal where subcontractors upload their documents, and automatic reminders by text and email.

A full-stack gym tracker
IRONLOG turns raw workout logs into something you can actually see. The dashboard has a muscle-group heatmap of what you've trained, and workout logging saves as you go.
It also has an exercise library, body weight, calorie and water tracking, a personal-record board, a consistency heatmap and a leaderboard for multiple users.

Announcements that update the hallway screens by themselves
Announcements used to be updated by hand on the school's display screens. I built an announcements site on Supabase with a public RSS feed.
An Apps Script job pulls from the Supabase REST API every 10 minutes and updates the Google Slides deck shown on the in-school displays, so nobody has to edit them.
